1. Nature of the Platform

gotojourney.in is a vehicle discovery and free booking-request platform. The platform connects passengers with vehicle owners/drivers. gotojourney.in is not a transport provider, taxi operator, aggregator of paid rides, or payment processor.

2. No Financial Transactions

No payment, wallet, commission, advance, subscription, refund or financial settlement of any kind is processed through this website. All booking requests on this platform are free. Any financial arrangement for the actual transport service happens directly between passenger and vehicle owner/driver, entirely outside this website.

3. Registration & Accounts
  • Users must provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • One account per mobile number and email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • Accounts may be suspended or removed for misuse, fraud or false information.
4. Vehicle Verification

Vehicles are listed publicly only after admin review and approval. Vehicle registration and verification on gotojourney.in indicates that the submitted information/documents have been reviewed according to the platform's verification process. It does not constitute a guarantee of vehicle condition, driver conduct, roadworthiness, safety, or service quality. Passengers and vehicle owners/drivers should independently confirm all applicable details before travelling.

5. Bookings
  • A booking on gotojourney.in is a free request, not a guaranteed service contract.
  • Drivers may accept, reject or cancel requests; passengers may also cancel.
  • All service terms (fare, timings, pickup, luggage, etc.) must be agreed directly between passenger and driver.
6. Ratings & Reviews

Only passengers with a completed booking can rate that booking, once. Reviews must be honest and respectful. The admin team may moderate, hide or remove inappropriate reviews.

7. Limitation of Liability

gotojourney.in is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, delay, cancellation, fare disagreement or any other issue arising from the transport service arranged between passenger and driver.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
