• Booking data: journey details, passenger contact number, booking status and history.

• To verify and approve vehicle registrations.
• To connect passengers with drivers (the driver's registered mobile number is shown to logged-in users per our contact policy).
• To manage booking requests, notifications, ratings and reviews.
• To secure the platform (rate limiting, audit logging).

3. What We Never Do

• We never process payments or collect financial information.
• We never publicly display passwords, password hashes, licence documents, private identity documents or private addresses.
• We never sell your personal data.

4. Data Security

Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes. Verification documents are stored privately and are accessible only to the admin team and the owning driver. Access to data is role-restricted and audited.
